Shipping and Returns

Shipping
As a thanks to our customers, we currently offer free UPS ground shipping on all domestic orders.

We also offer express 2-3 Business Days, with applicable UPS rates.

All orders received after 5PM EST on business days will be processed and shipped the next day. Orders placed on the weekend or holidays will be processed the following business day.


Orders are shipped Monday-Friday, excluding major and national Holidays.

Unfortunately we do not ship to P.O Boxes. Please also note that customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping information and that we do not ship to P.O Boxes.

For international orders, including the European Union, please allow for three business days for your order to be processed, in order to allow for payment clearance.

We use Fedex, UPS or US Postal Service for international orders and will charge you what those shipper charge, based on your choice of shipper.

 

AVAILABILITY
We continuously update our website and inventory so that it reflects all items available for purchase. Occasionally, however, we may sell out of certain products. If we are out of stock on an item that you've ordered, we will notify you via email and adjust your order and payment. If an item is out of stock on our website, we are happy to help you find it for purchase from another retailer, if possible.

Exchange and Returns
We expect our customers to be fully satisfied with our products. If you need to return an item, please note that we offer free exchanges and returns on all domestic orders.  

We’ve streamlined the process to make orders and returns seamless:

  • Send an email to info@craftatlantic.com with your name, the invoice number and the reason for the return.
  • For an exchange, include a written description of the items needed.
  • Send the item back to us, using the prepaid return label we will email you
  • We will process your refund as soon as we will have received the returned item and gone through our quality control checks.

However, please note that:

  • We will only exchange or reimburse goods within 15 days from the delivery date.
  • All goods must be returned in original, unused and resalable condition, with all hang tags and boxes, along with a copy of your original Craft Atlantic invoice.
  • Footwear should not be scuffed, marked or soiled and need to be returned in its original box. We suggest you try them indoors and on a carpeted surface.
  • Only regular priced items can be exchanged or reimbursed


Craft Atlantic reserves the right to decline your return if these terms are not met. In this case, we will send back to you the return in the condition it was received and no credit will be issued.

We do not currently accept online returns and exchanges internationally. However, please contact us at info@craftatlantic.com and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

In case goods are not available for exchange, you will receive a credit to the original credit card used for purchase. Credit will be processed within 10 business days of reception, but may not appear on your statement for one to two billing cycles.
